Remote Support blended with On-Site Service

With increasing concern over global warming and energy prices, we rethought our business model. Driving is inefficient and delays meeting customer needs. By using remote support, we can offer faster service at a lower cost. All service plans include remote support for each PC and server, antivirus and antispyware protection, and remote access for our customers to their PCs when they are out of the office:

• Bronze - This is our entry level plan, it means we are connected to you, so we can provide remote service quickly but each service incident is billable.
• Silver - Our remote support only plan. It adds unlimited remote support, and quarterly preventive maintenance to our Bronze plan.
• Gold - Our limited on-site plan, it adds 1 on-site incident per computer per year to our Silver plan.
• Platinum - Our unlimited on-site plan, it adds unlimited on-site support to our Gold plan.
